me and my friends from out state stopped in for a charger and drinks. it was around 10:50 so we checked online to see it was 24/7. when we got there the people were terribly rude, telling us to “hurry up” and that we “can’t stay here and have to go home”. we put the stuff away of course and apologized, citing the website for the accident, as we’d normally never go near a store within an hour of it closing out of respect for the workers. they were still very nasty and rude about it ?

At 11 pm today a worker was giving a truck driver a hard time for parking on his down time. I heard the truck driver tell him he had permission. An he was the the only guy there parking.

Purchased fuel on April 8th and found out it had water in the fuel. Brought it to the Jeep dealer and found they had 3 others vehicles with the same issue (purchased same place/same day). CN Brown won’t return my calls. At least they could have the decency to call back. Will never do business at any of their stores again.
We left Jennifer Wheeler SEVERAL voice messages without a call back hence the review.

Went to buy alcohol. Came to the counter and the woman at the counter refused to give me alcohol because she said I was intoxicated. Keep in mind I didn't have any alcohol. She was on some type of power trip. I ask to speak to the manager, the manager says im slurring my words. I'm looking for the hidden camera, nowhere to be found. These people are terrible. I suppose they like to mess with people's heads. I was sober as a judge. Will take my business elsewhere and make sure everyone knows to avoid this place.

This gas station has the best automatic car wash in the greater Portland area. I used to go to Scrub-a-Dub but my car always had more scratches on it after being washed there. Ever since I started washing it here, there have been no additional scratches on it. It also seems to do a better job than the one at Irving (Cash Corner) or the one on Broadway across from the bowling alley, which is super fancy but always leaves parts of the car dirty and applies way too much wax. The simple, unassuming car wash at Big Apple cleans thoroughly, doesn't scratch, and doesn't over-apply wax. What more could you want?

The refrigerators stink, for four years I left cash from 250 to 400 a month. They won’t like the fact that I’m quickly leaving them, but the fact that people smoke near gas pumps is normal. I just feared for my life

This store is not great on their employees. One guy that works overnights is an asshole he tells one customer if he ever speaks my name he'll throw him out. They let an employee working overnight have his girlfriends meet up at the store and let them sleep in their car when they get drunk from Buffalo Wild wings in South Portland. He also smokes weed with everyone. Not a good company the GM don't do nothing but says it's his life. She don't care about her company

Well, for a chain they lack the depth!The last several times that I have gotten gas there, the machine would not give me a receipt and I had to go into the store to ge one.A good way to get you to go into the store to buy things that you did not need?????? NO! I ad to wait in line for several minutes while the clerk had to try and understand the the many requests for instant lottery tickets from the many people standing in line. Many minutes later, I finally received the receipt for my gas purchase.

Only gas station near me open after 11pm at the moment. Sold me gas and a soda, that's all I ask. Nice workers are a good bonus too.

Not one to be too thin skinned but after patronizing this business every single day for the last 5 months I'm done. So many nice, polite and professional staff members but one particular staff member named Melissa is going too far. Rude, picky and just outright unprofessional. Eye rolling, purposely wasting my time and just rude everytime I go in. To the point that I'll wait in my car until there s charge of staff instead of dealing with her. Mainly because I'm very patience but I'm done. Pity as I like the store, the staff I talk to interact with on a daily basis but she made me but want to go there again before I say something that is contrary to my nature.And she a trainee manger. What an ugly character and should not be in customer service leave alone a trainee manger. I'll be going to another 24 gas station/ convince store fun today on. Shame as they will also lose my daughter's and son in-laws business too.

Stop here everyday after work for a snack and an iced tea. Store is always well stocked and I think the employees are great!
