Just a terrible experience trying to get ahold of someone. Phone system is complete junk, and can only get someone live if you make it through the many ai hurdles , then only if you want to buy something. Try to schedule a service? Immediate disconnect, and time to go through 10 minutes of prompts again. Absolute joke.

My old TV had lines running through it. My friend talked me into buying a new TV. I went to Best Buy to get a new TV on sale. I picked out this 65" Samsung Frame TV and HW-B750D Soundbar. Best Buy took great care of me and my purchases. They were great!

This was a terrible experience. Communication was non existent. Delivery date from them changed 4 times, most times I had to call for information. One day I waited all day and they never showed, never called. I would NEVER recommend them
