Worst service dept out there! Avoid them at all costs unless you like being disrespected and run under the bus?
I started with over $3k in repairs to pass inspection which included work on my engine, and 4 months later my CRV with 124k miles died on the highway....then I was given incorrect info by multiple people and told I needed more repairs of over $5k no matter what! They had my car for a month, and I had to become a pushy customer to get anything done in my favor as well.
Now almost $10k spent there in 6 months, incl a new used engine, and my vehicle rides WORSE than before all of this happened! I'm beside myself upset and their response has been either NOTHING or I'm treated like I'm trying to get more repairs for free when I was simply asking them to check the repairs they did.
They have no care for what your life is like in difficulties but rather tell their personal stories and make you out to be a pill for having the expectation of your vehicle being BETTER after repairs not consistently WORSE AND THEN DYING!
I've been condescended, ignored, and gaslit by them AND corporate Honda in my time of need. I will never have them touch my car again AND will NEVER buy another Honda! I even called to speak to the owner's assistant....*crickets*
And thats the thing: BC + Honda admittedly both know that they do NOT have to have the same accountability as they once did because business is booming for them, so here we are....spare yourself and your families the nightmare.....unless you are the type to let businesses do whatever they want*

Had my 2021 Honda CRV replaced in Sept. 23' at first it was great. They had it "done" before their mechanic was even supposed to be working. Thought it was just great service! Then I get into my trip home (I was out of state) and my car sounded funny pulling out. Figured it was just the new transmission and was paranoid but breaking down on the road prior. Then my car starts having issues slipping and I started noticing a weird rev every now and then (had NEVER been and issue before) so I decided I wasn't going crazy and took it to the next Honda. After taking it to another 2 Hondas they eventually told me my Brand New transmission didn't have enough transmission fluid in it. I called berlin city to try and get it sorted out. I was $1000+ in diagnosing and fixing my vehicle again after an upwards of $8,000 transmission repair. I left over 20 messages between the service rep I had and the service manager and even reached out to the regional manager. NOTHING. I would not recommend.

I recently purchased a car from Berlin City in Portland, and the experience was outstanding! Mr. Murt, who helped me through the entire process, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. They offered a great selection of vehicles, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend Berlin City for anyone in the market for a new car!

Went in fo recall and thy set up a fast appointment and got it done quick! Even got a shuttle from dealership to home and back to get me when car was ready!

After an extremely stressful day of getting my first flat tire on the highway, I worked with Eric Surawski who helped turn everything around. He was extremely friendly and helped make light of a stressful day. He completed the work I did quickly and without an appointment (since I was not expecting a flat). I wish I lived in the area so I could continue to utilize Eric for all future appointments. Thank you, Eric!!

I recently purchased a new car from Berlin City Honda, and I can confidently say it was my best car buying experience ever. The entire process was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding staff.
The sales associate, Cody, was a pleasure to work with. His friendly demeanor made me feel at ease - it was like talking with an old friend. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy.
Mark, the finance manager, was equally impressive. He carefully explained all options and always prioritized my best interests when giving advice on what to purchase. His thorough and considerate approach was greatly appreciated.
Both Cody and Mark were not only highly professional but also genuinely easy to work with. Their customer-focused attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Berlin City Honda to anyone in the market for a new car. The combination of great staff, transparent process, and customer-first approach sets them apart.

I have never had a worse interaction than with this Honda dealership. The first time I had an appointment there they told me it would take about an hour and a half and I checked in at two hours and they hadn’t even begun working on my vehicle. I had to leave and go to work. We had a plan in motion to get my car back down and worked on. I ended up getting it back down there to update the computer system and then got a quote for over 6000, and no one seemed confident that the emissions lights on would be solved by replacing the two sensors. The service manager Jessica was lovely and I know she was doing her best with the weird situation. And Ryan was helpful in getting me in a rental for a few days. I then found a car I actually loved and was considering buying it, but Robert in sales was the worst person to communicate with. He did not respond to any phone calls or text from me and taken not seriously at all. He was supposed to have an appointment with with me to talk on the phone at 10 AM and never even called me and was not at work I will never go back to this Honda dealership and I will be buying a car next week and not from them. Not to mention I never even gotten an apology or a text or an email from Robert.

They denied my 10/100k warranty repair on a two year old car with 56k miles because I did my own oil changes. On top of that I had to call multiple times to get updates. Their service advisor, if you could call him that, was too busy or just didn’t care enough to send a text to update me on the progress. They claim staff shortages but how long does it take to type a message to a customer that bought a new car from them two years ago that they couldn’t drive due to a catastrophic failure of the manufacturer. I used to trust Honda as a reliable brand that you could take 200k+ miles with routine maintenance. Either that is no longer true or Berlin City Honda just doesn’t care. They probably care more about their bottom line than taking care of customers.

Went in for oil change and cabin air filter. It seems I just got there and set down and that come and told me my car was done. Really great service and friendly at Berlin city. I almost forgot to mention that this is my second vehicle I leased off Berlin city and love the way Tom Birkeck worked with me on both my leasing .
