The friendliest bank around. The entire staff is so helpful and kind. Especially Ross & Cindy! Both will go out of their way to help you any way they can. We have business and personal accounts here. Can't recommend them enough!!

I am shocked they had no interest on a Million $ loan on this competitive market, where banks are fighting for new loans. Online customer rep said someone will contact you in 2 days. Really???? You think I will wait for 2 days with an accepted offer to wait for your rates??? Good luck with that! Don't waste your time here in my opinion.

The bank burned thru 1 million dollars of a disbaled neighbors assets and left him homeless. Do not use this Bank for any Trust needs. They have no heart. Go to "Justice for Jay" on Facebook to get the whole story.

Currently dealing with buyers of my house who are using Bangor Savings Bank as their lender. The lender changed their preapproval loan which was a conventional in our sales agreement to a rural development loan but did not communicate that to ANYONE. This loan then required a water test which went 2 weeks without getting because the real estate agents had no idea they had changed. This bank has zero urgency to anyone's needs or concerns on how their lack of communication effects others. I would not go through them for a mortgage loan.

Started off well. ATM almost always spits my check deposits out. I have 800 credit and their credit card just notified me of a new 20% interest rate. Armored car parked on the crosswalk, blocking the exit of the ATM. When I honked and gestured for him to back up he got on his loudspeaker and threatened to have me arrested. Had 3 charges on my card that were not approved. They took the side of the vendor and refused to credit the $300. The turnover in their small business payroll dept. has created problems. The ATM on Marginal Way is accessible by Prius sized cars only. I'm frustrated.

I had such a smooth, easy experience opening an account with them! Cynthia is so friendly and helpful. I was able to do all of the boring time consuming paperwork online before my appt and then simply walked in and signed a few papers to finalize. I was so impressed by how little time I had to actually spend. I highly recommend this bank and Cynthia is wonderful!

Long wait times on the weekend to get a new card printed. Understaffed, you don't matter more and the debit card printer doesn't work . Very inconvenient
