Went in because my engine light was on and needed windshield wipers. Gentlemen put my wipers on and checked engine light no charge. Great customer service ?. I would recommend AutoZone. I received a discount on the wipers on a sale that was going on it automatically takes it off.

You’re staff are the most incompetent and disrespectful people I’ve ever talked to on the phone. Asked for M18x1.5 castle nut. Guy goes hold on, after previously speaking to the first clerk. So I ask if he has any nuts at all in that size, he goes “yeah, I’ve got em, just not the nuts you’re looking for.” Sexual harassment is a thing and I could easily sue that jackass that picked up the phone.

I had the best experience at AutoZone a few weeks ago. I needed a new battery and Stephen offered to swap it out for my old one. I told him I’d been told it wasn’t an easy swap given the make and model of my car, but he was so patient and thorough and even checked on other things like my filter while he was working. This will be my go-to place from now on!

My husband's favorite place to go to they have everything he usually wants when we have to go there he's always happy when he walks out of the store so I'm happy since he's happy great employees always helps when needed treats all their customers like they belong good prices stores always clean and stocked up with stuff can't complain especially comming from me the wife I even like going there now

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this AutoZone location i was in need of assistance with a purchase for my honda crv as i have been having battery problems. a Gentleman by the name of Stephen made the experience truly exceptional.
From his profound knowledge of the products to his friendly demeanor I not only felt welcomed but quickly assisted in finding not only to proper car battery which was the "duralast platinum with the battery kit" but he gave me some tips on how to maintain it.

The parts manager Stephen went above and beyond with helping me with a speed sensor issue. If it wasn't for him i wouldn't have been able to pinpoint my exact issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, well mannered, and on point! I will most definitely be returning to this location. Thank you Stephen!

Went to see if we could test the battery on our car since Autozone does free battery testing and free charging of the car battery that is clearly stated online AND on the sticker in front of the store, person in the front he didn’t even care to acknowledge us and said we’d just have to see a mechanic when all we wanted was to test our battery since the car recently had been acting weird and stalling. Determining to see if the battery voltage was low or not was all that we wanted and even though it states the store could do this service, we didn’t even have the chance to do it. We’re not from around maine so this was one of our last resorts before going back and were clearly disappointed.

Had an issue with my headlight that blew due to a manufacturing issue within a few months and the manager helped replace and install the new one free of charge. Big props to the workers and manager!!

I was at the intersection of Broadway and Lincoln St when I heard a loud bang and next think I know my right front tire deflated to the point I could hear metal on the road. In a panic I searched for a place to pull over and saw Auto Zone. I knew Auto Zone would be a safe place. My experience at this particular Auto Zone has always been great. The employees areso kind and helpful. I safely drove into the Auto Zone parking lot and figured very quickly that I was not going anywhere. I went into Auto Zone to get out of the cold to call Triple AAA to see if my car could be towed. This was when Kye (sp?), a Auto Zone employee, asked if I needed any help. I told her what was going on and by the grace of all good people on this earth she helped me problem solve my tire situation. Another Auto Zone employee, who happened to be there on his day off, Lincoln (forgive me if not correct name, I was so elated at the end, my memory is a bit fuzzy on his name but I have a great visual memory of his smile), joined in. These two became quite the team and they put my spare tire on my car so I was able to drive home safely at the end of a work day. I just want Auto Zone, the company, to know how wonderful it was to be helped by these two outstanding employees and how fortunate that Auto Zone has such kind, generous employees such as the two, working for them. This experience I had with your two Auto Zone employees was a great reminder that in this world where there is so much turmoil, there are a lot of really, really great, kind, generous people who keep this world balanced!

Dana was a lifesaver! It was pouring rain and one of my headlights went out. I headed to the nearest AutoZone for assistance. Dana helped me find the correct bulb and also assisted me on how to install it. Great customer service and very polite! Thanks again Dana for all your help.So once again AutoZone employees to the rescue! Yesterday my car battery died and needed to get a new one. Theodore was so very helpful explaining the needs for my car. Now fast forward to back home and notice my engagement ring is not on my finger…now I remember taking it off to open the hood of my car in the parking lot of AutoZone. I called immediately and spoke with Kye. And explained the entire story. Kye waited until all customers were out of the store and stepped outside to find my ring right in front of AutoZone. Kye called me back and I raced back to AutoZone. I am beyond grateful to Kye for her kindness and concern in finding my beautiful ring. Thank you so much Kye!!!

Love this place, great company. Service is always helpful and willing to let me use tools if I need a quick fix in the lot. Prices are fair, and the selection is good ?They do battery and alternator testing right there as well free??
