Made an appointment. 45 min later attendant came. Pointed to the rack of potentials ( mother of the groom) no help other than one comment about one of the dresses. Left empty handed.

The website for this location states that appointments are not required. We traveled and hour and a half from NH with an a 3 week old infant today. We were told we needed an appointment as soon as we walked in by three employees that were not assisting anyone else.
