I got a gift card for Christmas to Vachon’s to get my car detailed and I just cashed it in and am in AWE of the incredible job that was done to my minivan. Kara & Justin are personable & passionate about the work that they do and they literally made the car look brand new in record time. I will be definitely going back as my kids inevitably will dirty up the car again and I know I have an amazing company I can trust to clean it up no matter WHAT it is! To top it off my car smells so amazing I don’t even want to get out of it. Thank you for your hard work, you have one happy customer!

Certainly, it is advisable to exercise caution when considering engagement with this particular dealer. Our experience with them has been unsatisfactory. It is noteworthy that they removed my initial post, denying readers access to all comments.
Initially, I arrived prepared with a bank check for the down payment, a fact communicated in advance. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold. This situation proved frustrating, especially after making the effort to obtain the bank check. The lack of consideration for this inconvenience is regrettable.
Furthermore, their responsiveness to phone inquiries is inadequate, as reaching a live representative is challenging.
Our interactions with this dealer have been characterized by frustration and inconvenience. For those urgently seeking a replacement vehicle or desiring a more reliable car-buying experience, I strongly recommend exploring alternative dealerships.

I stopped in here to have them take a quick look at my car because a large piece of plastic behind the bumper was loose and had been dragging on the ground. I had taped it up with duct tape, and wanted someone to make sure the car looked safe to drive until I could get to a body shop. Justin took a close look, helped me fasten everything together more securely, and didn't charge me anything for it. Super friendly folks.

Justin did a great job on my car! My son got sick in the car and although I tried to clean it, I knew I couldn’t get a deep clean. I spoke with his wife who was super nice and helpful and they fit me in right away with a time that was convenient. My car looks brand new and smells wonderful! It’s super clean, he went above and beyond just cleaning the rugs and seats, washed the outside and cleaned up some sap that’s been stuck on my windshield for a long time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car cleaning. I’m thrilled with how it came out!
