where the hell is the mail in berwick????? and why doesn't anyone answer the phone at the south berwick PO?????

Tried to quickly drop off and mail a return to an online company with a prepaid shipping label and a gentleman behind the counter wouldn’t accept it and didn’t want to assist me even when I attempted to purchase a new shipping label. Went to the Berwick location and they accepted it no problem.
