“The Place is great. I got a rate that was really low, way lower than my Regular Bank. And if you open a savings account I think they give you a even Better rate for a Loan. I don't know what the loan is, but I know they gave me the best rate I've ever gotten for a Loan. I think it may have been around 4 or 5 Percent. Very Friendly and Caring Employees here. And it's a Great location too. Inside Walmart”

“I'm giving this Kennebunk savings a 5 star. We were account holders at the Dover branch and didn't get the best feel from the bank and how it operates, BUT after closing our account I did run into some issues from the branch and the Owner of the Dover location Brendan did everything he could possibly do to make things right. Although I did not like the feel inside the bank, I would recommend Kennebunk because I am confident that will do anything to make their customers feel like their needs are met.”
“Great customer service. My daughter opened up a checking account and they took her outside and showed her how to make deposits through the ATM as well as walked her through mobile deposits. ATM/debit card was issued to her that day. I highly recommend Marcel and Scott at the branch!!!”

“Went into this branch today to withdraw, deposit a check, and get a copy of some checks I had written in the past year for my own records. Everyone in this branch was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the manager on duty helping me get a copy of my checks after I was told it could not be done by another branch. Thanks for the help and care for your job. Thess are the sort of employees that should be well compensated as they will add great value to the business.”

I really just wish that there was an ATM that would take my money instead of always needing to see a teller for a simple deposit. Please install a depositing ATM at your locations (mostly Dover). It is very inconvenient for people that work full time to try to find time to stop by. I WANT YOU TO TAKE MY MONEY!!! Anyways, I am waiting out until this happens. I pray to baby jesus every night that it is happening soon :)”

“I used to go into this branch once a month to pay my rent, and the staff are always so friendly that I eventually decided to open an account here myself. They have truly awesome customer service -- the only thing you ever wait in line for is the Keurig machine. Otherwise, if they see a line starting to build, staff who work in other areas of the bank help out to make sure no one has to wait too long for help. Not every employee can help you with every banking need, but they do an excellent job at triage ;). And the branch manager / VP Joanne is the best! P.S. If you work at UNH, I've seen flyers for their workplace banking plan. Check it out!”
