This is always a great quick stop for gassing up and shoveling some good grub before or after a long distance hike.

Great place to get essentials at a reasonable-ish price when they're open, but they seem to see their posted operating hours as a suggestion more than anything else.

BEST TURKEY BACON SANDWICH OF MY LIFE. AGAIN. I drive 50 minutes every month to get this sandwich and it is PERFECT every time. DON'T CHANGE A THING.

Tri-Pond is an essential place for this area. Today they didnt have much power (but some!) like the majority of the area and they had their gas pumps on and the crowd management skills they were using were incredible! There was a line a ways down the road but it was moving and I’m guessing they called in extra people to work to help organize. They wouldn’t take a tip. They didn’t have internet to take cards but they had so many workarounds and it was a smooth process paying in cash. Thank you, Thank you!!! Most people were filling up their tanks for generators.

What day to get a slice of pizza for lunch and this woman was shuffling pizza slices around in the warmer with no gloves on at all. Completely disgusting that is food. That is ready to eat. You need to be wearing gloves. That is common knowledge.

They have just about anything you would need...from grilling supplies, to produce, as well as a great craft beer selection. In addition, the team there is great. Much more than your typical convenience store!

Stopped for water and a restroom break. Saw a sign on the door stating their "public restroom" is located outside. Finally spotted a Port-a-Potty at the far end of a very large parking lot & a lengthy distance from the handicap space where I'd parked. Didn't bother going in to buy water. The store is quite large with a bait shop at one end. Surprised a store this large and in a remote area isn't able to provide modern facilities for their patrons. Disappointing.

Service is terrible, employees are rude. Food was moldy. This is a bad re management. I’ll never give them my business again.

We normally order finger rolls for take-out so we call ahead to make sure they have the right rolls and that they'll be ready on our way to go boating. This Sunday, Jul 31st, I ordered by phone a dozen finger rolls with various sandwich fillings. I heard the person who answered the phone ask if they had finger rolls available. The answer was yes We stopped to pick them up and only two were actually in finger rolls, the other 10 had sandwich fillings between small sweet dinner rolls - much to my disappointment. Not only less bread, but the wrong bread. Less than the amount of normal chicken, tuna or egg salad. For this, I paid the same price as I usually do for the right rolls. I asked why they didn't use finger rolls and all I got was a shrug. I had no time to have them remade or to order something else so I paid and left. Consequently, I will not continue to be a customer there. If you want finger rolls, Is recommend you go elsewhere.

Drove out from Veazie to the East Pond for the weekend. Our car broke down in their parking lot and they let us hang around and use the facilites while we were waiting for AAA. Variety of food is great, service is super friendly, the gas is a great price. If you're ever coming through Smithfield, it's the best place to stop
