I tried asking for assistance with my new insurance and the first pharmacist hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor. She hung up on me too. I called a third time and she said oh I thought we were done talking. Never asked anything else I can help with today or good bye. Aweful customer service. I am actually switching pharmacies they were so rude.

Our prescriptions were sent there because Taylor's closed. We've had nothing but hassles since. They couldn't get a prescription filled for a week. Always late with refills or misleading as to when they will be ready. Some of them are sarcastic and make you feel uncomfortable. Gonna change to another store.

There's one person who works in the pharmacy with a clue (Brenda). Other than that, my prescriptions are constantly screwed up, not in stock, or I'm given a hassle about getting them filled. I even had one tech argue with me about what I was taking! I'm pretty sure after being on a medication for over a year, I know what I take. Not to mention the automated system when phoning in is completely ridiculous. Switching pharmacies as soon as I see my Dr next week.

These guys are horrible! They never have Rx ready despite a couple hours between the Dr.s call and my visit. Always need more time, they need another half hour they say, after a half hour they need another 15 minutes. I find this is the story no matter what store you visit. If only there was a CVS near by! They know how to take care of coustermers. I will never get another Rx filled at Walgreens! ????

Not a decent pharmacy. Not a comfortable place at all. Make you feel uncomfortable. Oh, Omg the wait is disturbing. Shouldn't have to wait 4 hrs for a prescription. I could from time to time but not every time or "ok the wait will be 30- 45mins"then wait 4 hrs while every other customer gets filled or what they may need.

I've been getting all my prescriptions here for years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always helpful and kind. It gets very busy at times but they work hard and try to get you checked out as soon as possible. My son recently had to have a covid test so he could return to school for basically a cold (schools are playing it safe, which is good) and the Walgreens lady working at the drive through was so great explaining to me and my son how he needed to take the test. He was nervous and she was so great with him and calmed his nerves even though she had a long line.
