The staff is very understanding and compassionate, and very accommodating with last minute health issues and emergencies. They have seen my pets through a wide range of issues, including kidney disease, cancer and a leg amputation on my cat. Wonderful people.”

“EDIT*****I wanted to update my review since we've now been seeing Madison vets for 5-6 years. We're still extremely happy with them. They're extremely accommodating (obviously they can't always be, but if there's a way to get us in, they'll find it.) My son's rats recently had an issue needing attention and idk how they did it, but they managed to squeeze us in within 25 min of my phone call. Many times in the past, they've somehow finagled a way to see our dogs when they needed care that couldn't wait until their earliest appointment date. Someone sacrificed lunch or their break I'm sure. They were fantastic with my having to bring my toddler to appointments as well. The only down side is she wants to go back every day for a treat. ? Veterinary care is costly in general, so I'm always trying to calculate how much things are going to cost in my head, and Madison vet usually always ends up coming in under what I was expecting. They always are telling us ways to reduce the costs whether there is specific deals on prescriptions or what have you. We're still very happy with the care our fur family receives. Thank you all at Madison animal hospital. You are appreciated!I have a high anxiety pitty boxer mix due to previous trauma and injuries. So she is absolutely petrified of the vets office. She is also a pro at cheeking and spitting meds out so oral sedatives just arent an option for her. Muzzling sends her into a panic as well. But the ladies at madison vet were beyond understanding, loving and calm with her. Not only were they simply amazing with how they handled my high anxiety girl but they got her in for an emergency appointment which I expected to cost a pretty penny. I was shocked at the low cost of this emergency appointment with meds prescribed for her ear infection. I'm very picky with vets. Weve been taking both our dogs to madison for 2 years going on 3 and I couldnt be happier with the service they provide our furry family members. 10/10 recommend them.”

“Mike has been my pet's vet my entire life (30 years). He is very laid back and kind. If I ever need to get an animal in last minute or asap, they find time to squeeze me in. His receptionist has been there for many years, and she always goes above and beyond to help me and get any answers I need. Janet, one of the vet techs, is incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. I always look forward to seeing her. The prices are extremely fair. And they are actually willing to work with you payment wise. Whereas, other vets in the area will not. A very comfortable and homey atmosphere.”
