Mike really saved the day! My fiance and I needed better phones and a plan at an affordable price. Mike was honest, understanding and helped us every step of the way. He stayed later just to make sure we were taken care of this evening. I know have a fantastic new Razr and my boo has a brand new Samsung. Thank you again!

Went to put on a new screen protector they refused to do it. I told him my girlfriends went to Verizon. Had hers done for free and he said well why don’t you go to Verizon then I said maybe I should change my company and he said go ahead and change it very rude. I just stopped in to the Skowhegan US Cellular store. First Mike, Aaron and Shelly so friendly. Mike answered my questions I had. Very honest and polite. If you need a new phone and want great service. Go to US Cellular in Skowhegan by Tractor Supply. You won't regret it. I didn't. And I'll be going to them from now on!!! Thank you to Mike, Aaron and Shelly!!

Mike and Shelley at the Skowhegan store were extremely helpful and diligent when my Moto G device developed third part issues. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their prompt attention.

Honestly a vast majority of them have no idea what’s even going on and I really don’t recommend internet from them cause when they say it’ll slow down a little bit they really mean it’ll just no work at all till the new month

No recited information on store hours when you call. Unsure if they are even open. Only comes up with the person your calling isn’t excepting messages right now!? Not very professional if you ask me. Is this store even open?

Skowhegan US Cellular has the BEST customer service. Been there multiple times and always had a great experience but this last time received Exceptional customer service from Briana.Not only was she kind, patient and helpful with my new phone, it took longer to transfer my old phone to the new phone and delayed her past her shift ending, She continued to be polite and finish the job with a smile. Thank you Briana, you are a great employee and I hope your boss knows how lucky they are to have you.Dawn H.

This store is a SCAM...how do you charge a $15 upgrade fee when US Cellular offers a yearly upgrade for FREE. SCAM. They are rude and egotistical. I will never visit this store again.

Looks like most of these positive reviews are fake, because this location is trash. This is one of the worst stores to try to get any assistance with your phone. I’ve been here three times now, and each time the staff were horrible. The last time, the woman ‘helping’ us set up a phone took over two hours to get it done, swearing loudly the entire time. Part of the reason she took so long was every time someone came in to pay for their prepaid phone she jumped up and helped them, instead of the other staff member taking over even ONCE. Another reason was her son popping in and out of the store to talk to her. Unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful.
