Had 4 brand new tires put on my vehicle not even 5 hours later one came off beed and busted my rim, I was told no warranty and told me tire was no hood after , never buying tires again had to buy a new rim and tire which cost more then I needed to spend

Five stars is not enough if I could give 10 star rating I would I have been buying tires from Skowhegan Tire center for years. I have always had good pricing and excellent service. I recently brought my truck for alignment. I’ve had it to three different shops in the past three weeks for alignments not one would do the alignment properly as I asked, I put it on to be done. We agreed had it fixed within a few hours my truck drives like it was new again.

I bought 4 new tires here. After only 1 month I got a screw in 1 tire causing a flat. I brought it back to STC for a patch. They patched it at no cost and I left. Next morning tire was nearly flat again. I went back to STC they took the car in and came back out and said the tire appears to be defective and will not take a patch. They ordered a new tire for me (but forgot to call me to say was in) The following week I return to have new tire put on. Said it was going to be $50 and they were keeping the defective tire. I said no, if you are going to charge for the new tire, I will keep the defect tire and bring to someone else to patch and have as a spare. Brian said he would have to call owner. Owner not answering. Brian said “I don’t know what to say”
I told him he can either go good for the defective tire and keep it to return or me and my flat will go home and write a review of this experience. After some more disagreeing, Brian put on the new tire and kept the defective tire to return. This is the only reason for the 4 stars. But I will go elsewhere for any more tire purchases

Have gotten 2 alignment's (2 different vehicles) at a fair price. One alignment wasn't perfect but they were quick to apologize and get me in right away to make it right! Quality work, Unsurpassable Customer care. Thank you Skowhegan Tire.

I guess they like losing good customers . i have been a loyal customer for years and have alway bought my jeep, my daughters jeep tires and my husbands truck tires here(so lots of money spent here) , until Monday when i Bought 2 new tires ( 1 to use now and 1 for a spare) on a monday at 430pm . by the next day tire went flat . went to a garage where i could get some air and was told the brand new tire was no good. several bubbles in the outside wall. took the tire back and at first the gentleman at Skowhegan tire i dealt with look at it and said another tire would be in later today so i left the defective tire there and left to go to work. i later got a call from a man stating Linday said no they weren’t replacing the tire cause there is no warranty. I tried to reason with her that i had the tire for less then 12 hrs but that was a no go so Never buying another tire from here again and my jeep friends will know never to again either . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Excellent customer service and in these times where customer care seems to be a thing of the past , I was VERY HAPPY ! Had a slow leak in a tire with concerns of something grinding ...no appointment and still, they took me right in and repaired the leak without a charge ! They did however alert me that my breaks needed to be replaced but hey.... it happens . I'll be returning and hope they know how much they matter with the prompt and polite service they express to customers . Thanks SKOWHEHGAN TIRE !! ????

Great customer service, good prices, honest, reliable and trustworthy service. I made the mistake of trying another shop and ended up having to go back to Lindsay to fix the other shops screw up. I will never go anywhere other than Skowhegan Tire Center ever again! Highly recommend

Got an Alignment on my truck, and the steering wheel was crooked after. They told me that their machine couldn't fix the problem and told me to go to Randy's Auto to have them calibrate it. The alignment was not done correctly and as a result needs to be re-done. Beware when getting an alignment here.
