Donna and Andy are absolutely wonderful! The customer service is above all! I recently got engaged and they made the entire process for my fiancé great! He even said they were working after hours to make sure they had everything just right for my ring!
My ring needed a slight size adjustment and Andy had it back to me the next day!

Recently I took my Armani watch in to this store for servicing. At home, later, As I was putting it away, I noticed some marks on the lucite band. There were @ 8 deep gouges on the band. That watch was worth at least a couple hundred dollars when I left it at the store. Now it isn't worth anything. So, there are really only two possibilities here. One, that they caused the damage and didn't realize it. This would make them merely incompetent. Or, two, that they caused the damage to the watch and chose not to disclose it. This would make them incompetent and dishonest. Either way I won't be going back into that store again and I would counsel anyone who values their jewelry, to find another jeweler...

After my husband of 40 years passed away a while ago, I wanted to take the two sapphires and diamond out of my 10th anniversary ring and have a new ring made with them. Andy Russakoff was wonderful to work with; he had quite a few nice designs to show me, and many artisans he works with. Along the way, Andy was up front about the costs, and as well, he gave me very fair trade-in values for some old pieces of jewelry I had no use for. The resulting custom designed 14K gold ring, with my diamond flanked by two sapphires, is a treasure for me to wear daily.It was a pleasure to work with Andy, and at a small family owned business where the customer is number one. They offer a nice variety of jewelry at prices that seem fair and varied enough to suit most any customer. Andy and Donna are friendly, compassionate and honest - I will be going back for any future purchases of jewelry.

My "go-to" jewellers for many years. I've known Andy and Donna 30+ years and have always found them honest, hardworking and fair. Andy even went above and beyond for me, bringing in diamonds specially for me to find the PERFECT stone for my wife's engagement ring! Plus, they provide top notch service, always making you feel like you are their most important customer, whether you are looking at a $20 bracelet charm or a $2,000 ring. It's possible to pay less at some other shops, but you will certainly get more for your money with the Russakoff's!

Decided today to pick up my wife’s diamond ♦️ from a recent repair. I arrived at the store around 9:30 am, just one customer in the shop. My appearance was “as usual” since I took some time away from work to travel to the store. Attire? Jeans, work shirt and hat. I did have my wallet in hand. I walked into the store and who must have been an owner said “hello”. I dittoed her greeting and walked toward the repair counter. As I’m walking in her direction, her next statement left me speechless. She said, “Are you here to pick up the trash?” Trying to keep cool in the moment i calmly stated that I was here to pick up a ring that was here for repair for my wife.

Honest owner.... wants you to be 100% satisfied! We were very happy with our engagement ring and just came back for an anniversary band! So much better than the chain stores !
