After I pulled out of the bay and went down the road with my truck it started leaking oil. I got flagged down by a passing car at the first stop light I came too.(500ft from prompto) They didn’t tighten the oil filter it was finger tight. This is why I always go to the dealer. They said (faulty filter) after I had to climb under the truck and tighten it at the stoplight prior to turning around and going back. Don’t go here.

Never again ! I knew better but I did it anyway my bad . One would think after working there for at least 20 years they would be capable of changing someone’s oil after all…
Now I have to go to a REAL Mechanic to fix everything thing these incompetent %*#£%** did to my truck!

What a untrust worthy place. Got my oil changed on my lunch break and left. Within 10 minutes i noticed i did not get my debit card back. Quickly searched my car and called the shop. Explained the situation and was immediatly told they did not have it obviously with no time taken to look for it. Asked to speak to a manager and none was available but told one would call me back. While waiting for the call i searched between seats, under seats, floor boards, glove box, dash, my pockets everywhere i could think of. Still no debit card. I not once got out of my car so it had to be in my car or at the shop. Since its not in my car, im convinced it was not returned to me. Upon speaking with a manager, i was told its surely not at the shop like he was able to check peoples pockets or something. I had already canceled my card and did what i needed to do so at that point i was just letting the manager know what had happened, not asking for something to be done. . . . .in return i was told i was wrong and hopefully ill call back and give them an apology once i find it. I have since removed everything from my car and searched again. Still no debit card and being sure i didnt drop it somewhere else just leads me to one conclusion. Wont trust my 30,000 dollar car with people i cant trust a tiny piece of plastic with. Do better, and remember in buisness the customer is always right. When they are spending their hard earned money at your establishment you should hold what they say with a lil more merit instead of telling them their a liar and you deserve an apology.
Updated after reply from management. Decided to check my oil since they couldnt handle a piece of plastic just to be told i dont know how to check oil so updating my review with pictures to prove things. As you can see my car is on level ground (by the digital level) and is 3/4 of an inch overfull. So much for good employees. More like fake good reviews. Dont go here, like the other bad reviews state, extremely poor customer service and called a liar when things go wrong. Ill be taking you to court when this damages my engine.

The guys were great, and I stopped in Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. I was getting an oil change before my drive back to Florida, and I had them look some oil I was seeing on the engine. Being from Skowhegan, it is always great to support local.
