The gyms are nice but the customer service and help from employees is awful. I canceled my membership a month and a half ago, got charged again this month. So I’ve been calling for the last 3 days about getting refunded. I’ve come in to their locations in person, I’ve emailed them online, and called countless times. Still haven’t been refunded, I’ve been charged after I canceled their membership!

The gym itself is fine. The Newport location is cool, but is small and can get very busy in the afternoon. Didn't have a good experience with the personal training part of it. Inconsistent communication, or at times no communication at all. Really didn't feel like I got what I paid for.

Great place to work out. Membership price is worth it. I did a workout plan and my trainer Ben was very knowledgeable and explained what area each exercise targets. Would recommend to anyone looking for a gym to go to

I visit all three of their locations. A great facility and a true 24 hour gym. The desks are staffed during daytime hours and you can get personal training or a workout plan tailored to you.Plus, their dog is amazing.

I have 3 sons that are members and they Enjoy Everything Miller fitness offers, the member ship is affordable and Having A security system being able to go at any given time , Day or night is what a successful business is and that's what makes them #1in Maine..Thank you Miller fitness for all you do ??️♂️?❤
