Whenever Shell gets super busy I go to Laneys for gas. Takes longer to get in and out. It's a couple cents more per gallon than their local competitor. They aren't open 24/7 which is kind of a bummer. Overall though it's a very good place to go.

I don't know about anyone else that works there but the lady I dealt with needs to learn customer service if I could rate negative I would never going back there again!

I went there to buy 13 dollars worth of fireball shots and the lady at the counter with like dark brown hair gave me so much trouble all because I had change and not cash, I'm sorry but I'm not sure when quarters and dimes stopped being apart of U.S. currency but I feel like all because I didn't have cash that I was completely discriminated against because everyone who was using cash or card was allowed to go ahead of me. She asked me to short it out and I did but then she tried making me feel stupid saying things like "how do i know if you know how to count or not" okay yeah your right but guess what I've worked at O'Reilly Auto part as a parts specialist and I had to count peoples money to make sure I was getting the correct change from the customer so I mean if that to much for you then don't take it out on me instead take it out on yourself for choosing a cashier job. Like I'm pretty sure they put that in the description of the job before you got it so obviously you knew what you were getting into but yet you called me out for not having cash like whats up with that. I'm sorry you have to do a little math.

I totally get that no one wants to work at a convenience store. But at what point does being rude to a customer outweigh one's desire to make sales? Given my atrocious experience with merely asking a polite question about gas I'm inclined to believe the review which mentions engine damage. You get 5 stars for saving me money But isn't the point of being in business for you to make money??

I had water in my ethanol free gas. Which caused major problem with my boat engine and it cost me $600 to fix.
