A rating of five is not nearly high enough to give this establishment. My refrigerator at my camp went on the fritz and I lost a lot of food while I was away. I went into their shop to buy a new refrigerator and when they learned of my predicament they delivered a new refrigerator the same day. I would recommend them above all!

I have bought 2 washing machine in 8 years and all thay have done was break down total junk plus the refrigerator and dishwasher a stove hood have all broke down I bought the best that they offer and still ended up replacing it all

I highly recommend Key Appliance. I called and told the manager what I wanted. She was tremendously helpful, and 3 days later the new appliance is sitting in my kitchen and the old. broken one was taken away. Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices!
