Gave them our business tax info and personal tax info Feb 1st. It is now June 13th and our taxes aren't even close to being finished. They have not answered calls and are dragging us around. Will definitely not be coming back next year. Very disappointed!

Not a good experience getting back my paperwork, as in questioning my return...which was estimated and I told the front desk women and she disagreed what I said...like WHY would I make this up...I left quickly as I was boiling and did not want or need to lose my temper....poor or basically lack of professionalism.
