We were on a road trip, me and my girlfriend, and our car had a major problem. They ordered the missing part overnight and the next morning we were ready to leave in a safe car. Excellent service from the whole team and thanks again to Pierre who helped us translate what we wanted to say ?

My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with salesman Joshua Atwood recently. He went above and beyond making sure we were happy with our purchase and taught us the ins and outs of the entire vehicle. Joshua is reputable and easy to work to with. Great Experience Start to Finish. They had the exact truck I wanted on the lot, I exchanged E-mails with Russell, arranged to go test drive it, Did the paperwork, and picked it up a few days later after the rustproofing undercoat. From the time I arrived until leaving with all purchase paperwork complete including test drive was probably 1:40...easy to deal with, no pressure, competent and friendly. Loving the truck, and loved the experience start to finish.

George and Blaine are always extremely kind and accommodating. They go out of their way to help me, answer any questions I have, teach me about my vehicle, and check my car over if I have any concerns. Blaine is a sweetheart, and George has been helping me with my vehicles since I got my first car 15 years ago. Great customer service!

In my opinion they are fantastic here. I went to get my heat fixed, a lHeadlight and a problem with acceleration.. they have to order parts and unfortunately their is a strike going on with parts. So I will have to wait a bit. But they added a little antifreeze to my car until the thermostat comes in and I now have some heat working.. not super hot but it gets warm enough to not be cold driving.. doesn't hurt I have heated seats.. but these people are fantastic. They would have had it done today I bet if parts weren't so scarce.

My wife and I were travelling in Maine from Canada and experienced an issue with our Chev SUV.The service team and staff at the Hight Chevrolet GMC provided exemplary service and got us back on the road in 19 minutes!We were welcomed into show room, were assisted with getting onto the internet, and with getting a coffee by wonderful employees while we waited.Many thanks for helping us make it back to Canada safely.
