wonderful staff and management. the very personal management gives it that locally owned small town feel but, clean and professional. very down to earth personnel. good parking and place to view downtown. take time to look up at the historic primitive art or enjoy a coffee in the Skowhegan Indians shade. a good starting point to start viewing the town.

Almost never able to use an ATM or your debit/credit card to purchase anything from this location. Machines are BROKEN every other day, ALL day. Don’t waste your time, literally go ANYWHERE else.

2/3 of customers and half the employees were not wearing masks. When I asked the manager about masks, they said "they're optional".Can't trust shopping in a store where exposure to a deadly virus is left to chance.

I don’t know how they do it, considering the large amount of traffic they get through the store every day, but somehow every time I’ve stopped her to get snacks/coffee and use the bathroom it has been clean. Even with lines half way through the store, it’s never as alarming as many gas station bathrooms get.The store, itself, is very organized and offers you the basic Cumberland Farms options for food and snacks. The staff are patient, professional, and considerate.

Usually this place is really great, but I went in to buy alcohol tonight and they would not sell it to me because the clock on the register is 3 minutes fast. I was at the register, ready to pay at 12:42 AM because they stop selling adult beverages 15 minutes earlier than the state mandated time.
