The redemption center is down INDEFINITELY!? SO CLOSEST PLACE IS THE NORRIDGE WALK REDEMPTION CENTER only open on Tuesday? Kind of bad if your only day off happenes to run on a mon? Huh?

This bottle redempt is the worst experience in the world, wish I could only give them a half a star... I have worked In a redempt for 3 years so I automatically count my bottles before going to return them, I trust my count. I was there yesterday and he shorted me .65 cents to start with then I go in the store and was charged more than my items cost, service here has gotten lousy they all have major attitudes and act like they're better than everyone else. I refuse to spend another penny in this store because the bottle counter ripped the bag out of my hands with a major big attitude.
