“I ordered what I thought was the ProXR flat bat one hand trainer for my son to use while he was in a cast. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and just ordered the standard one hand trainer. After researching the website I saw that you cannot return custom bats, which the one hand trainer is categorized as. I had already sent an email to the company asking about a possible return but now had determined based on the website information that that was not possible. To my surprise, I did receive a response and an updated invoice with a return of the wrong bat and the purchase of the correct bat. This was unexpected and I had already decided and used the bat we received. I sent a quick email saying that I could no longer send it back as it was used but was interested still in the Pro XR. The representative got me set up super quick with that new order and even put a rush on it because it was for my son who needed to use it sooner rather than later due to being out with a broken thumb. Overall, a great bat (my son loves it) and good quality. The customer service was top notch in my opinion. Not a long delay in response and willing to help with our situation. I would not hesitate to recommend DTB to any of our friends.”
