Two humans on registers, about half of the eight self-check outs were functional. The employee at the self-check outs was rude, his only job was to point to the checkout with someone leaving... which did not need a human, it was obvious to those in the long line who was next and which of the few checkouts were operational. I complained to the attendant... rectal orifice. He said call Walmart and complain, he could care less. He pointed to the manager.... there was a line to stand in to complain to the manager. The people working there seem to be the problem... worst managed Walmart I have ever been in.
There was a problem with the transaction... I spent hours on the phone trying to get a service person, no one would answer the phone.
When I did finally get transferred to a manager Mike (would not tell me his last name, he is a salaried manager) was of little or no help after hours listening to the phone ring. The overall store manager is Kyle (no last name). This location is badly managed with poorly behaved employees.
Go somewhere else if at all possible.

They can't seem to keep bags in stock. A very basic item if you're running a grocery store. In recent times, when going to the self checkout, there are only 3 of the 10 available checkouts open. They aren't broken, as the more alert employees will turn one on for Spark drivers. But still, no bags? SMH.

I avoid going to Walmart at all costs unless I have no other Joyce. This experience made me feel like I was in prison. Smh it will be another 6 months before I come back

80% of the self checkouts are always closed and the lines go through the aisles. Because of this it’s never a convenient option. You walk into the store and have to wade through a crowd of 30 people per entrance to actually start shopping.

Sometimes, it is sane in there, especially before 8. The rest of the time, be prepared for the crowds and lines at the few full service registers and the self-check ones with the occasional software issues.

What horrible customer service....waited almost an hour in line to return 1 thing...the line was long and only 1 girl working the service desk. Another customer went to speak to a manager to ask if anyone else could come help, he said no....ummm all managers are trained so he could have. Absolutely no need for such poor service.
