This is my go to place for car service due to the caring, honest, and friendly staff. They have always been more than fair on pricing, even find discounts where they can. They have a convenient, clean, and comfortable waiting room. I have found their service to be pretty quick as well.

I’ve patronized several VIPs and this is clearly the best. I keep coming back because staff is courteous, fast and honest . Management is clearly doing something right. Waiting room is comfortable and you can get an appointment without waiting weeks!

Amazing experience! VIP Scarborough was so great. I got a flat tire the day before I had to leave for a trip and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning to do a full set of new tires. The staff was super helpful and gave me a recommendation on the best tires for me. They got the job done quick and had me on the road in no time!

VIP Scarborough was fantastic. I called and made a same day appointment where other locations were booking out 3 weeks. They were friendly, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell anything, but were still up front about what needed to be done. The shop was welcoming and got my car in and out in a very reasonable time.

Don't try and bring your own parts. I showed up for an appointment and the second they knew I had my own parts the woman and some other guy named Henry I believe immediately changed their tone towards me. Saying to me over and over there's no warranty because I brought my own parts and I may have ordered the wrong parts. So they insult you in the process. I've used this store in Scarborough for many years. I'll never go back. I'd screen my employees a little better. Cheers. I had to edit because they replied and I can't so here it is. You want me to buy the same tire from you for $300 more a set just because you won't install customer supplied parts. Fair enough like I said I'll never go there again.

I had a fantastic experience at this place! Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Even better they were able to resolve my problem in a timely manner and I feel like the price was very reasonable. I would definitely go back here again!
