UPS Freight Called Tuesday for a Wed. 1-6 pm delivery. Truck never showed up. Called dispatch at 6:30 they said the driver ran out of time. They wanted to know if I would pick it up at their warehouse. Now scheduled for Friday with another 5 hour window. Never us UPS Freight again

Received a palletized shipment of weather sensitive/fragile items. Staff were all friendly, helpful and flexible. Everyone I spoke with, in person and by phone, provided efficient service. 5 stars all earned!
