One of the most fraudulent and predatory UPS stores I have ever encountered nationwide - in 20 years of shipping snowboards with UPS. Staff told unsuspecting inexperienced shipper that it's not safe to ship they way it was packaged even though that's how ALL snowboards are shipped. They pressured the shipper to 're-package' the small item with a 2 giant golf boxes and therefore tripling the shipping charges for their own gains. Called the owner about it to give him a chance to rectify the situation but he explained his staff is well trained and 'have done nothing wrong'. Well, look for yourself folks. Prices have been rising even without this type of fraud. I went to two other UPS stores who condemned this 're-packaging' as fraud. Small town crook preying on his customers. Disgusting. UPS corporate, not a good look, investigate this crook.

Charges a couple bucks per label. This policy whether to charge for Amazon label varies from store to store. This is a junk-fee to me.

The staff is always working hard and friendly! Even when there’s a line or equipment is down, they still do everything they can to help each person that walked in. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here.

Saw the old white haired guy kicking an item after he dropped it when taking it to the back room.. also Said how come people are so stupid..
When I have my stuff to the other guy and asked him not to kick it.. He asked what I meant.. when I Said I saw that guy just kick an item after dropping it.. He was like oh he's just grumpy.. this guy wasn't all the helpful either.. have your stuff ready as they don't Wait for you to pull up the next code.

Every time I go I seem to be an inconvenience. I don't know if they are short staffed or overly busy but its not a good experience.

"The UPS Store #3781 in Scarborough Is the best. The employees are always welcoming & very helpful. I arrived with 4 very large heavy boxes to ship out. I got one box in the store and said to the gentleman that I had 3 more out in the car. He said let me help you with those and grabbed a dolley and went out in the rain to my car and got the others. They are the nicest group to deal with.”They are simply the Best”

We just returned home from vacation. We stopped here to ship home a beautiful framed print that was too bulky for our luggage. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our print arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition.
