I figured I'd need to drive the super loud thing over there to get a quote, but turns out with a VIN or license plate #, they were able to text me a quote over the phone, which was so amazing as I didn't have a lot of time to bring it over.I set up my appointment via text as well, and it was about 10 or so days out, but it didn't even take them half the day to finish the work, and best of all, they realized I didn't need a certain part installed so the cost ended up being significantly less than what they quoted originally. If that isn't evidence of a very honest operation, I don't know what is. Highly recommend Twin City!”
“I needed a transmission replaced. They allowed me to choose a used transmission (from bow auto salvage) with less than half the miles on the car. The transmission was delivered the next day (Came with 6 month warranty, I added a labor warranty for $200). The repair was done promptly (I made an appointment as the car was still drivable) and on the estimate. I was very happy with the result.”
“At 56 years old I've had many cars and both good and bad mechanics. Joseph and his team were great! I live in PA and bought a used truck in ME. I bought used running boards, a bed cover (both of which were wrong size). Joseph made them both work. The tailgate would not open, he fixed that but told me the lock was not working. I said don't worry, I won't need the lock. When I picked it up it was fixed. They even stayed open late on a Friday to finish all of the work. Can't recommend him enough!”
