I Strongly urge you to avoid this business!! What should have been a simple, routine oil change became over 3 weeks without the use of my well -maintained vehicle. My transmission fluid was drained in error! My car then needed to be flatbedded to the dealership ...computers had to be recalibrated, a crack discovered, etc..we were told to get a-rental-( no easy task in Summer )and once I finally returned to get the reimbursement, the mgr said he would pay 1/2 rental,( which I only did for 8 days)/revisiting to meet the district mgr,( more of my inconvenience )/I got nothing more than rental and cost of fluid itself- no compensation for all the time, inconvenience or stress. Again// do NOT chance it. Yes, mistakes occur, but this was handled inappropriately !I did advise them I was writing.

This Prompto has been absolutely AMAZING every time I’ve gone! The people there do a great job and are always so kind! Today Matt, Mason, Jeff, Tristan, and Three helped me — I simply can’t recommend them enough!!!

The workers at this location are always courteous, efficient and get me back on the road quickly. I've had them top off my tires and answer some basic car maintenance questions when I'm NOT there for an oil change and appreciate the loyalty and service they provide to repeat customers like myself. I'll keep going!

I never thought I would consider getting my oil changed a fun experience, but today that’s exactly what happened.
I’m driving to Boston this weekend and my car has been telling me I need an oil change for the last 2-3 weeks. Prompto on Rt. 1 Scarborough is on my way home from work, so I stopped today. I’m always nervous in these situations. Do I just pull up to the bay? Park and go in the front door/office? What if I don’t pull in straight and hit something? It’s stressful for me.
As soon as I pulled in a nice man rushed to the front where he waved me to an open bay. He was quick and left me no time to start having anxiety over what to do. In this moment I knew I would come back here again. He was polite when he came to the car and I was able to drive right in.
The gentleman who did my service used very clear signals to help me drive in straight and there was plenty of room so I wasn’t nervous of hitting anything or anyone. Then he got right to work and as I sat there with my window open I realized they had some kind of special system of communicating. It was like they announced every step they did out loud, but with a little pizazz here and there “gasket in the basket!” (I think that was when he threw my old filter away). Each one had a slightly different cadence. I actually stopped looking at my phone so I could listen to them.
And then they were done. 10 minutes just like the sign says. Top tier service, pricing, and atmosphere. Thanks guys!

Oil change was extremely fast and cheap by NY standards. Keith was very helpful and courteous. The garage was clean and every step was communicated and orderly.

TL;DR: In most lines of business, when you want something that's good, inexpensive, and fast, you have to sacrifice one of them. That wasn't my experience with Prompto.
On a Monday morning, I started calling around to schedule an oil change on my car. I needed to take a 5 hour drive later in the week and I was due.
I first called two other places I have taken my car to previously and neither had any openings until Friday. I also called a third who didn't pick up the phone and whose voice mailbox was full. ?♂️
On a suggestion, I called Prompto and, while they don't take appointments, I was willing to take a chance driving over.
I shouldn't have been surprised at how fast and easy getting my oil changed at Prompto was. Even waiting for another car, I was completely in and out in less than 15 minutes. Even better, they were courteous, professional, and less expensive than the other places.
