My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Scarborough was amazing. The entire process was smooth and fast. I found my vehicles online and I was immediately contacted by the Team and was given all the information upfront, no hidden surprises. The vehicles I purchase are a perfect fit to my work fleet and better than advertised.

Would not suggest purchasing a vehicle from these folks. Service desk is the worst I have ever seen. Purchased new 2022 GLC 300. Rear brakes and rotors need replacing at 17k. Was told that was normal by a few people (Neil ). Don't stand behind their Sales or quality of the vehicle. Regret buying a Mercedes at this point...sad. Go elsewhere to purchase if you go Mercedes...
