Great experience! Fred was our salesperson and he could not have done a better job. We had a few questions about color options and he made himself available to show us the options in person. We ordered an outdoor sofa set and Fred kept us in the loop along the way - When it was shipped, when they received it and when it would be delivered to our house. Fred's customer service is top notch. We will definitely be ordering more through Pierce!

My husband and I recently purchased a couch at Pierce Furniture. We had a wonderful experience. Larry was great. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and respectful. Can't say enough positive things about our experience at Pierce.

I drive 2.5 hours to shop at Pierce Furniture. I do that because of Larry Pierce and his team. Larry is one of the nicest guys you'll meet and is all about customer service. His team strives to do their best. Today, my wife and I drove to Pierce Furniture to look at some Adirondack chairs. Charlotte helped us and couldn't have been more patient and accommodating. I will continue to support Larry with my furniture needs.

I was in desperate need of furniture for a new house and couldn’t find anything when the stay at home order was relaxed. Julie found the perfect floor sample pieces (on sale) and they arrived a few weeks later. Julie is knowledgeable and very helpful — I would be sitting on boxes if it wasn’t for her!

Nice folks, beautiful furniture, HOWEVER, I wish they advised me that I was buying a BONDED LEATHER sofa when I made my purchase. The bonded leather is faux leather and peels like an apple. Very unhappy with my purchase. Buyer beware!

I was in town from PA visiting for the weekend. I had been working with a store 3 hours from my home on new family room furniture and had just found out there was an issue with a leather I had chosen. So while I was in the area I decided to see if there were any stores which carried the same brand so that we could view other options. I explained all this upon entering so that the associate was aware I was not a potential customer. Lyndsey could not have been more gracious or helpful! She was knowledgeable and informative without being overbearing. She was generous with her time and very pleasant to work with. I was very impressed with the entire experience.
