Due to a lack of due diligence on the part of the title company we engaged for that purchase, unbeknownst to us, there was an issue with the deed to the land. Kristeen Smith discovered the issue and worked diligently to rectify the problem for us. She held our hand through the entire process until we were able to rectify the situation. And, she did the same thing throughout the lending process so that when the closing took place there were absolutely no issues. It went easily and effortlessly. Everything was in perfect order.
