We got Cleo, our Bernese Mountain Dog, from Dan in December. He kept us posted about the pups and sent us pictures of the litter every couple weeks. Pick up went very smoothly and the area the pups were kept in was safe and clean. He answered any questions we had and was easy to work with.
Cleo is now 8 months old, her temperament is perfect.she loves other dogs and people. She’s loving, playful, loyal and fits in perfect with our family. She is healthy and growing well. We love her very much ?

I Highly recommend Mermac Kennels. Daniel went above and beyond to help me find my amazing puppy. The puppy has an incredible personality and fit right into our family. He so so healthy and energetic. He came to us almost fully trained. You can truly see that the breeder genuinely cared and loved him, and put in a lot of work with him. I can’t recommend Mermac Kennels annd Daniel enough, this was an amazing experience!

We have owned two beautiful Berners through this kennel. They were wonderful dogs. The owner, Dan Mercer couldn't have been nicer and was very easy to work with! Our puppies were friendly and healthy.

We love our little Bernese, but we are appauled by the care that this kennel gives to their puppies....obviously they care only about the pay check, not their dogs. Our puppy came with a health guarentee, and a rash and digestive issues. The breeder attributed it to a heat rash, but almost 2 months after she's been with us, she still has terribly itchy skin and upset stomach. Now we are not asking for a refund yet, but we did write to the breeder and asked him for more information about our puppy, like are there allergies in the line, or anything alse that may help us get her better, and he could not even be bothered to reply (even if it was sorry, can't help you). Now officially we can take her back and get a full refund, but we aren't even asking for that much, just an email back, and NOTHING....to me this shows that the breeder couldn't CARE LESS about his dogs, just the $.....shame shame. We will never recommend this breeder to anyone, and we have lots of people that ask us where they can get a dog like ours!!!
