I went in to get some bloodwork done and I was in and out in 10 minutes! They were so efficient and the procedure was as painless as it could be! All the staff were friendly and professional!

Very expensive and not very helpful. $306. , half a day wasted for another referral. Dr.Newman is informative and absolutely useless.

After driving a half hour in the rain on a busy route 1, I had to take a number and stand in the waiting room due to their Covid restriction seating arrangement. After a while my number was called and the woman behind the desk couldn't find my lab order for an A1C test. I needed one done prior to two doctor appointments that same week. After I show her the test order on MyChart, which clearly states that I need this blood work done, she tells her colleague she needs to go to lunch and is looking elsewhere on her computer. For a second time she asked me my PCP's name and insisted that it was an old one I had. Then I'm asked if I want to call my PCP to check on this. I said no I do not since the order is right here on MyChart. She then asks her colleague if she wants to call because again, she has to go to lunch. I said never mind, you have a great lunch and left. One hour of my time I'll never get back due to incompetence. So frustrating.

Spoke with Deb in the office in regards to a billing issue. Sadly she was quite abrasive and condescending. Would not recommend
