Friendly staff, a good selection of tobacco assortments, and most importantly, you can still buy menthol cigarettes here, unlike Portland. I can't smoke cigarettes without menthol (I used to buy now I can't). I do not agree with the adopted law banning the sale of menthol cigarettes in Portland. They say that 11 people voted there. I'm sure they were all non-smokers. Another bullying from Maine Health.

Almost no parking due to the ice cream store next door my cigars are never in stock anymore they always seem to be closed I guess they probably can't keep any help due to poor management so I found myself another humidor store well stocked friendly ample parking will not return they should change the name from closed smoke shop

On now 3 different occasions in the last month they have been closed WELL before 8pm. Just change your hours to 7pm…Showed up at 7:45 one day. Closed. Fine, maybe they had a long day.Week later 7:25–closed.Few days later 7:15–closed.

I love how friendly everyone always is. I don't know who the "old guy behind the counter" was, but he's gone. There are two females and two males and all younger and very friendly. The prices are good, not great. But, they're very, very friendly.

I like this place it's a good, relatively inexpensive place to get your smoking needs met. Excellent customer service especially from the young lady that works there she's always cheerful and nice to deal with.
