Great, cheerful, and super helpful staff!! So many different options. Reasonable prices. All the products are in great looking condition (no dust or scuffs/scratches).There are a lot of awesome and trustworthy brands like Zojirushi rice cookers (the #1 rice cooker! We own 2), tons of Oxo and GoodCook kitchen supplies. A ton of kitchen supplies made and imported from Japan. Lots of Japan style bowls and plates. Avocado tools and holders. Pizza equipment. Electric kettles. etc. Etc.! A whale-shaped ceramic butter dish! They packed my delicate stuff super well in thick paper and sturdy thick plastic bags with handles! (5 cents each)So many cool finds today! And an adorable strawberry shaped strawberry cutter!

I will never shop here again. I bought a $500 LeCreuset Dutch oven. I found a flaw inside of it after having it for one week & using it once and I had my receipt. They wouldn’t take it back. Terrible customer service for someone who has been shopping in that store for years.

This supply store had exactly what I was looking for, and I really enjoyed browsing. Has a great selection of high end SMEG products like toasters, blenders and coffee makers. Also an amazing la crosette collection as well.

I’ve generally had really good experiences here. There was one employee who was needlessly disrespectful when I asked about whether they stocked other pressure canners, directed me to a section of the store and advised to read the specs on the boxes, saying with a somewhat sarcastic tone,”…which I know you’re more than capable of doing.” Especially given I had been thoroughly through the back-left quarter of the store inspecting kitchen equipment for about 45 minutes and he didn’t really answer my question, I can’t say it was necessarily called for.

So many amazing things for your kitchen here. Nice selection of knives, a wide variety of quality cookware at all price points, and just about any accessory you could think of. The balsamic vinegars and the olive oils are excellent as well. And the staff is friendly!

I'm almost a kid in a candy store when walking through a place like this. I "promised" a friend of mine that I wouldn't go crazy in this store, but one step into Xanadu and I completely forgot what I was in there to purchase. I enjoyed perusing the aisles and displays to look for things I didn't even know I needed. There's a fine line between 'want' and 'need' and that line is easily erased here. The prices are the first thing you'll notice. While they are not necessarily "high" for quality items and equipment, they are a little on the pricier side. Perhaps that's unfair to say since all the Le Creuset stuff is placed right in the front of the store. I did end up getting some charming plates (I already have the perfect dish in mind) and a few other little gadgets that I decided I ultimately "needed". They are friendly here. Though I did not ask for assistance personally, I overheard someone else ask one of the gents working there about the difference between the cheaper and more expensive pans and he was quite thorough with his layman's response. I love stores like this but somehow I felt that they had just a little bit less variety than I would have liked. They do seem to favor a handful of brands, leaving options pretty minimal. Still, it is a big space and the selection/quality decimates a place like Target or BB&B. Yes. I'm sure I'll return someday soon.

This company has a fantastic variety of great kitchen gadgets, fun and interesting dishes, and truly delicious oils and vinegars. I like to both visit their stores and order online for nice Christmas gifts. The service is excellent, and their products, premium. This year their truffle oil was a big hit! We have used it copiously in our happy kitchen!
