The last few months I have an ATM fee of 3 dollars if I use any other ATM. I called last month about this, and I'll be doing it again today. It's absolutely NONE of KEY BANK'S business where I take MY money out. I was furious last month, yet, they did reverse the charge and after I call again today, they best do the same. Terrible practice and desperate to take their customers money. A very troubling charge and to think they're watching where I take out MY money. Welcome to more corruption. I'm moving to Gorham Savings. I couldn't post this without putting a star on the review. Very deviant and pathetic. Don't even respond to my post with your fake concerns. You've changed nothing as I was promised.

I usually go to the South Portland location because of convenience. But, when I go here I always receive excellent customer service from Alexis. She is always friendly and easy on the eyes. In my opinion, she should be training other tellers how do their position.

You are not a person here, not a human being. You are a number. I will be leaving this bank and going to one that treats you like you matter. I started with this bank when it was Depositor's Trust almost 50 years ago. It is not the same and I'm done.

Horrible customer service today from Lori Jaynela. She is arrogant and rude. Needs to realize that customers help pay her salary. Without customers this Branch and her would be out of work.

Awful customer service. Why does everyone in here seem so miserable every time I go in? Why are they always desperately trying to sell me something? Deposit rates are really low and lending rates are really high. No thanks Fee Bank!

I have had two experiences with this branch first with Jenny the manager, then the following day Meghan both were stellar in the service area. I feel this level of service is sadly missing in most banks, would highly recommend them. Long term customer.

Got an unsolicited Phone call from the Scarborough Maine Key Branch. They got me to move my CDs to their Bank promising a particular interest rate, come to find out after the account was open a month the rate was not what was promised and not what was on my paperwork. They also charged me a monthly maintenance fee of $50 on the checking account they made me open to get the supposedly better CD rate! I am so mad about all the time that was wasted with these people. I had to go through the rigamarole of moving all my money back to my former bank and Key still would not refund the fees because they, "refunded too many customer's fees for the quarter and would get in trouble if they refunded anymore, but they are sorry" I will never deal with this bank again as long as I live
