Absolutely wonderful experience with Jordan’s! I called, looking for a last-minute delivery and the woman I spoke to here it was so nice and accommodating. She was able to get a delivery out within hours, and worked with me to find an absolutely beautiful, colorful, cheerful bouquet that fit in my budget. The recipient was so overjoyed and uplifted by this bouquet, and I will definitely be using Jordans again!

Jordan's Floral is an absolute gem of a spot. Jordan, the owner, is so friendly, kind, and helpful- I was looking for a bouquet for a co-worker, and she steered me toward something beautiful and reasonably priced, while also explaining her thought process and ideas. Their flowers are stunning. I won't go anywhere else!

Maybe just an off day or something. But the same day delivery has stipulations apparently and my delivery order was canceled and I was never notified of that I’m not sure why but it would have been real nice to know the order was canceled and that my wife wasn’t getting her delivery. So I could have called a different place that could actually get the job done that they advertised. Wouldn’t recommend this place also called to talk to someone and basically was hung up on. Still waiting for refund

Always a huge selection of flowers and many many colored roses ,as well as the forever young red roses that last weeks ,greeting cards chocolates and very friendly staff ,dogs are a bonus

From the rude customer service to the double fees for delivery.....do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.Follow up....I am not sure how or why ethnicity became part of the conversation? The request to cancel was just that, a request. The event was postponed. Additional flowers were never part of a conversation I had with you. You were rude and did charge a double delivery fee.

Immediately no. Charging for two deliveries with one order..."because you ordered online there is nothing I can do" our event was cancelled and we gave with five days' notice of cancellation for two small arrangements. Apparently, flowers for two simple arrangements were already ordered and cannot be cancelled. Delivery date cannot be met and will be delivered a day before. Communication was stressful and controlling. We will never recommend or use this company again. Biggest $300+ mistake I have made in a long time.
