“Customer service is always A+ had a return I took back because someone had taken back a fish finder that they broke and unfortunately the representative didn’t check the return throughly and I wound up with it. However upon me exchanging it customer service did not hesitate for a moment and gave me 25% off the item for the hassle. Brendan and all the guys in the fishing department make you feel valued and always giving you helpful advice. Those guys are very knowledgeable in their department! It would have been 5 star however it just feels like every time I’m in there I get harassed to sign up for the credit card or to put in an entry for a drawing. Other than that this place is EXCELLENT!”
