Terrible. The guy that was working there suspected my son was stealing! And the price tags were all wrong, games I got the cases to buy weren't there... It was a disaster.

Went In to get used prices for a co-worker on a switch and get some PlayStation stuff. The staff working tonight was super amazing, knowledgeable, cared, and very attentive to everyone in the store! They went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Fantastic place to find a games for almost any console. Accociates were super helpful in finding what I was looking for and very helpful in new game suggestions too. Ended up getting a couple games. Also love the rewards program game stop has. Am able to get points on things I buy to get money off something else! Is great.

Omg....what a ridiculously unintelligent employee. Too busy chatting with her friends. When asked about a game released yesterday her response was to act if we had no clue there was an active shooter? Like yeah...he was found dead Friday...game released Saturday..today is Sunday. Seriously??? She had no clue of the game or any releases. Waste of time to go into these stores. Asked me TWICE if I was aware of the active shooter (incident was an hour away and shooter found dead 3 days). Gracious.
