They need a regional manager down here to put some boots in you know what. Constantly shutting the bathroom down when there’s nothing wrong with it I know that because I shop here multiple times a day nothing wrong with it when you say something about it and just say you wanna use the restroom in here, they throw a fit like you just threatened to kill their damn dog there’s there’s no pol About this place and the most of the workers are 100% lazy they’d rather be on their phones instead of damn floor and open the restroom

THIS STORE IS THE WORST!!! Only open till 8pm... Crazy!! I COME HERE ALL THE TIME AND THEY ARE CLOSED WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN!! MANAGER IS AN A HOLE!!! I have no idea how they keep their Cumberland Farms franchise name...

The man that close the store is very rude disgusting with his attitude all of my workers come here before we go to work for coffee snacks drinks. Needs the sweet lady that works on his days off. need more people like her.

We stopped on the way to Acadia park. We loved this place. But they are closing at 8 PM due to shortage of staff.They have many varieties of coffe and packed ready to eat food.

Honestly never had a problem with any gas station ever in my area with customer service everyone is usally nice and friendly but here is a diffrent story, I always see this lady and she makes my blood boil, tonight about 10 mins before close I was trying to pump gas and my card wasn’t working so I started walking up to the door and that’s when she turned off the pumps on me and locked the door and made hand motions, honestly very rude.

Most the employees are very kind. But the manager needs a few more lessons on customer service. Hes angry all the time. Not friendly. Hes the only problem there. If management was better person maybe they could keep employees at work.

No staff lately, with no cups or lids for coffee. Seems odd that a Cumberland farms would not have cup or lids. What's going on with the supply chain?

(Convenient. pleasant help.)This was my previous review.I love the people here. Every one is upbeat & pleasant... like, all the time. I absentmindedly left my favorite cane over a week ago...today, I just popped in. The cashier said wait a minute right there & she shocked the heck out of me by going around the corner & grabbing the cane.I mean these are people that I don't even really know except to chat with for 2 minutes when I pop in & yet they cared enough to set aside my cane & then recognize me when I came back in & get it back to me. Convenience store workers are under an extreme amount of stress right now with everything that's going on & I can't say how much I appreciate their friendliness.
