Don’t answer phone calls and hang up as soon and they answer. Not very good customer service. Tried calling 30 different times to reach an associate to ask a question and never had one answer.

Bought a brand new aimpoint pro, well was supposed to be brand new. The box had already been open, the red dot has scratches and marks all over it, the battery was already installed. It's like someone bought it, and returned it and they put it back on the shelf and they sell it at brand new. They had 2 on the shelf and both had been opened, and scratched up. Someone must have bought them and returned them and they put them back on the shelf then sell as brand new. I should have had a discount because clearly they are not brand new. I. Will be going back and trying to get a discount or something
