James at Arlberg did an amazing boot fit for me on my ski boots which were hurting my ankles. He examined my foot/ankle and determined how to fix my pronation problem and adjusted the clips so the boots fit better on my legs. I will go back in a heartbeat the next time I need equipment. Marc has been taking care of our family for 25 years. We honestly wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else and we drive by several other ski shops to get there. His advice and service after the sale really set him apart. I went in today for a tune and walked out with new skis. Couldn’t be happier.
