Overall, I think it’s lack of sufficient staff that makes this pharmacy such a frustrating experience just about every time I go there. Most of the pharmacy technicians are nice - especially the two Jessica’s but the long wait times and mistakes plus a general lack of customer service makes this difficult to like

I've been using this pharmacy for 8 years. Yes, they are busy, and yes, the wait time can be a bit long. The techs are doing the best they can and are always nice to me.

Always fast and friendly. Been going to Walgreens for my medication for at least 2 years. They always have COVID tests. My medication is always ready on time and if I have to wait, I swear it's never more than 15 minutes

Terrible pharmacy experience twice in a row. Never have I seen it take 20 minutes and 3 people to enter in a new address \\u0026 insurance information at any other pharmacy in my life. We Will NOT be back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Waited for 20 minutes in line. They didn't;'t know how to enter insurance information and told me that they were closing and couldn't help me. Talk to two different employees only to get turned away.

I went to walgreens today looking for a an ointment spray for a family member that I can't find anywhere. They didn't have what I was looking for so I asked if it could be ordered. One of the workers told me they had it in Rochester and he was going there tomorrow. He offered to pick up a couple and drop them off at the Sanford store on his way home to Portland. I thought that was SO nice of him to offer. Now We don't have to wait for shipping since she needs it as soon as possible. Thank you for the great customer service!!!!

Went in to get a prescription yesterday and didn't have my insurance card. The pharmacist went out of his way to take care of everything including a call to my provider to get my prescription which would have been almost $70.00 down to $2.33. KUDOS to pharmacist !!
