8/30/24 Had my 2016 Nissan Truck in for Oil change and rotation of tires, today, without calling to verify what oil to use, the assumed to use the sythnethic oil ! When I questioned the Front Service Desk, they said it was my responsibilty to tell them, and they diidnt want to take accountabilty of poor Service, and thier people skills were to blame each other!! I said we have been coming to your Business for years, you have history on my truck, and you should of called me to verify!!! They ASSUMED !! Never researched the history on my truck! Not one of them up front would take accountability, the so called Manager on site, said he would give us regualr price on the future Services, I said, What next Service appoint?!! The front Cusomer should require a refesher course on how to work with the public and take Responsibilty and Accountabilty , not Blame!!!

Corbin 'installation of rearpassager light assembly found the assembly at a cost I could afford, great is his patience and ordered light assembly for next day disassembled old one and installed new, price was very fair.. week later ,had inspection sticker due.... Good service again, and good for another year!! Vip in Sanford has got my business with my economic little 2017 Ford Escape,, thanks again Corbin!!!
