This is what a hardware store should be!! New ownership has brought the change. Staff are friendly, helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable. The store is now set up in a more organized and neat way. Impressive. No need to go anywhere else - especially for paint!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! I needed a key fob programmed and the salesman was so knowledgeable and was able to get me in quickly ! This man worked above and beyond to get the job done , found out there was an issue with my key that caused the programming to not complete , no fault on their end , he tried several things , as I said above and beyond but I can’t say enough how amazing the staff were and how polite and cheerful during the process!! If you are looking for something in particular , please give Springvale Hardware a try , you will be glad you did ! 100% professional and great people here !!

I'm thrilled to have a local hardware store right in my neighborhood! With the big box stores twice the distance, it's a real time-saver and honestly, a much better experience. The new owners have brought fantastic energy to the place. They've cleaned up the store, improved the layout, and made it much easier to find what you need.
What really stands out is the friendly, helpful service. Whether I'm grabbing just a few screws or asking questions about a bigger project, the staff always take the time to help out without making you feel rushed or lost. It's precisely the kind of service you hope for in a local business.

I always liked this hardware store, but now it's even better under NEW ownership!!
Matt and has staff have done an incredible job reorganizing and merchandising the store. It's very helpful that a staff member is almost always at the entry door to either point me in the right direction or lead the way to what I need. The staff is well versed in Benjamin Moore products and paint colors. Matt suggested a color I was completely unfamiliar with and I love it...sea salt!
I highly recommend this hardware store.
It's so pleasant to shop in a locally owned store!

This place has been around since 1938. Owner and staff couldn't be more friendly and knowledgeable. They have things that no other big box or modern hardware stores have. They repair service, glass, and hard to find plumbing parts. Personal service and expertise puts this Springvale institution at the very top!

Just to complete my post....they never told me they were going to charge me 40 when I could have driven it to Greg's and saved myself some money...they owe me 40.... terrible business practice. BTW Greg does great work and is honest..I recommend him but not Bruce lamb.
