This place has been around since 1938. Owner and staff couldn't be more friendly and knowledgeable. They have things that no other big box or modern hardware stores have. They repair service, glass, and hard to find plumbing parts. Personal service and expertise puts this Springvale institution at the very top!

Just to complete my post....they never told me they were going to charge me 40 when I could have driven it to Greg's and saved myself some money...they owe me 40.... terrible business practice. BTW Greg does great work and is honest..I recommend him but not Bruce lamb.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I called to see if they carried 3m hanging Velcro strips. I needed to know specifically what they had because I either had to go to wallMart or travel to them which would have saved me 30 mins of driving. She refused to give me a price. She then asked me "what are you even using these for?" I'm actually in shock. Little did they know I'm a decorator and would have used them a lot for the project I'm on now. NO THANKS I guess I'll have to travel the extra mins to a "wallMart" and get supplies there.

I waited for at least 45 minutes while the gentleman in the paint department finished his lunch. After this amount of time I did let staff know, politely, that I was leaving - and that this is beyond poor customer service. This should never happen. I will not be returning. 9/27/22.
