Was told the price for mounting and balancing four tires was $25.00 each and when my wife went to pick up she was told that its $80 to mount and another $80.00 to balance. We will not be going back

Completely ripped me off on overcharging for parts...shouldn't be a $1250 for brake pads and rotar change! Small town garage charging dealership prices!!! Really brings you down to see places like that robbing people blind!!

Josh and Brian are two of the best guys that I know.They are the only mechanics I trust in Sanford.They have always worked with me, squeezed me in and go above and beyond.I feel bad for Josh who has to deal with the entitled narcissism that exists in society today and people with their demands.I've never once seen him rude or even remotely unprofessional.Best garage in town.

If your first complaint is about masks that is premeditative and vindictive and says more about the person making these claims and their lack of character than Sanford Tire and Brake.To come on here to make that claim specifically seems very intentional and unnecessary about the exemplary service they provide.I've been using Sanford Tire and Brake for years and Josh and his team including Brian have always taken excellent care of me.Going above and beyond to squeeze me in break up the work I need so I can afford it and to do the best they can.Neither of them are confrontational nor are they belligerent.We all have good and bad days and they have worked EVERY day during the pandemic to make sure people in this city are taken care of.I do not believe for one second that Josh would be unpleasant without provocation.

First of all, none of the employees here wear masks. This business is doing absolutely nothing to help stop the spread of COVID-19. There is a small front office attached to the customer lobby. While I was on site, at multiple points 3 employees were all in the office/desk/lobby area; no masks, not social distancing. They have a complete disregard for their customers wellbeing.Secondly, the customer service at this business is deeply lacking. At least on the part of the man who appears to be in some sort of management role. I'm not certain of his specific title. He has both poor workmanship & severely inadequate social skills. Rather than politely trying to resolve the problem, he would rather become indignant & hostile. This person is unable to be reasoned with & he chooses to be unprofessional. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
