I wanted to extend a big thanks to Stevie Lynn! She went out of her way to help me find a storage unit within my budget when I reached out in a community forum looking for other options.
After reserving my storage unit online, Diane, the manager, was a huge help. She answered all of my questions and showed me the facility the first day I started moving in.
Thank you both so much! And a great thanks to the cook who made a bunch of food for customer appreciation day!

it'a always clean, never see any type of trash when I come check in or remove anything from my unit. Shannon is very kind and helpful, does ask to ensure my unit is properly "sealed" with no issues appearing inside; damages, leaks, rodents or holes,etc.

I wanted to reach out to share my experience with one of your employees. I had so many questions about what size unit to rent, temp controlled options, availability of units for my mother's move to Maine. I must say after my third call...Shannon was the sweetest, most patient and informative person I had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Kudos to you safe storage and this star employee. Have been using the climate controlled storage unit since September 2022 and I highly recommend this facility. Safe, clean and easy to access. Talked with Tilly today on her 2nd day to change my form of payment and was impressed with her efficiency and friendliness. Her predecessor, Danielle, was also a good representative for the business.

Recently helped my Grandmother with her moving process down here in Springvale. Danielle, was very sweet and very helpful. She answered every question, we had about us storing with SSS. I recommend this to everyone in need of storage, this is why I'm rating her 5 stars. She also has Grandma's 5 star approval as well. Thank you Miss Danielle!!!

The storage unit was not accessible to me even after I was a week into my rental term because the management made no effort to make sure it would be. Apparently, if you pay online, the code sent to you is useless. The owners are aware of this and aware when a storage unit has been rented online but take no initative to contact the renter and give them the correct code. It was a huge inconvenience that stalled my move at a personal cost. There was no attempt to reconcile or even an apology from the company.When I finally got access to my storage unit, it was clearly not cleaned prior to my arrival despite me not even being able to access my storage unit until nearly 10 days after the rental agreement started. The facility has a rule of no smoking but it usually smells like cigarettes in the common halls.Morever, I have never been able to find the owner. When I tried to reach them in person at the unit before 5, the office was closed early with no notice.If it wasnt so difficult to move all of my stuff I need stored, I would not have stayed with this company.
