First the older man told me I didn't have an appointment, which i definitely did...Friday at 3pm. Waited 1/2 hrs, only to have the man file my polish off, which i said I didn't want the polish to be taken off that way, because they always break the skin around my nails. Then waited 20 mins for someone else to do the fill. Now another customer of there's said they pay 25$ for a fill.....I PAID 40.00$. So for waiting an hour for the service and 3 cuticles cut and bleeding, I had to pay 40.00$ I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE. Bad service and RUDE people!!!!

got my nails done today and they came out Terrible. she told me i didnt have an appointment which i Definitely did! and she immediately started rushing on my nails & they look rushed. she wasnt polite and i did not feel welcomed at all and im VERY upset about my nails. Poor EVERYTHING service. Will never go back. Also showed her a picture of what i wanted and she did the absolute opposite. Worst nail experience EVER

Went to get my toenails (gel) done at this place for the first time and it was sloppy. The guy who did it didn’t do a great job. But I still paid good tip, because that is how I am. If the lady can do it better I’ll probably return. I’ve been to different states and usually I get mine done nice and clean, and paint not over the skin. I put 3 stars because they were both nice and welcoming.

Set up an appointment for 11am. Got there at 11am was told to come back in 30 minutes Came back around 11:35 and she was doing someone else’s nails and told me she didn’t have time to do mine today.

Stopped here to get my nails redone since the place I normally go to was closed. Honestly I won't ever go back to my regular place after going here. The woman took so much time to make sure all nails were even and shaped beautifully. The amount of detail they put into their work is amazing. Will only be coming here from now on!

I love this place!!! Husband and wife owned and run, they were very welcoming and super friendly. I was a walk in first thing this morning and they took me right away. Great service and great prices! She dis a great job with my nails and I am very picky ( OCD ) I will definitely return! She is going to do my nails and toes for my wedding! I would have given them a 10 stars if I could!!

just got my nails done about a week ago and I’ve already had two nails snap off ?? they looked good until I walked out of the salon and I realized how bad they actually were, the shape was different on all my nails, one of my nails was so thick compared to my other nails , designs weren’t even done right, the fact that I was sitting in there for almost 3 hours they could’ve at least tried to make them look somewhat okay. ??♀️

I called to get a full set and they say yes. When they saw my nails their gross expression and talking in the language was very uncomfortable and del terrible because , yes they are gross. They said we won’t take you . I left feeling so bad because I couldn’t understand what they said . I just wish they would have been more respectful about it. They were a bit rude but ohhhh well

I will not be going to Sanford Nails again. The lady was very rude and dismissive she told me she couldn't change the shape of my nail before she had even cut them. I asked for medium length but she said short because they last longer... 20 minutes after I had them done one is already lifting. They didn't have sparkle gel, it was painful because the woman was sick so she wasn't even looking half the time, she was too busy turning her head to take her mask off, and after not getting the shape or length I wanted and physical pain, the nail polish is on my fingers.

Such a lovely couple. Haven't had any issues. Always leaving happy with a fresh set. I always go with the gels set.
